Agile Delivery Manager: Fintech

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid - flexible, with the option of either 2 or 3 days in the office)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000+ benefits package, including share options, pension, life cover, income protection, private medical insurance, EV car scheme, and Bike to Work scheme.

Our client provides financial planning and investment management firms with client portal technology that improves efficiency, ensures compliance, and enhances client engagement.

We're seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap. Working closely with Product Owners and Development teams, you’ll ensure smooth execution, foster agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading delivery across the product lifecycle
• Collaborating with Product Owners on priorities and backlog management
• Managing timelines, releases, and cross-team dependencies
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on best practices
• Tracking performance and communicating progress to stakeholders
• Promoting quality, security, and compliance throughout the process
• Acting as Scrum Master, coaching teams in Agile principles, and supporting continuous improvement in delivery processes

Requirements include:

• Proven experience in delivery roles, preferably in fintech or financial services, but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with tools like Jira & Confluence
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and team collaboration
• Proactive, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset
