Job summary

TrueNorth® is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager with recent Central Government experience to deliver digital projects from Discovery through to Live. Hybrid role with 2 days per week in Leeds or Newcastle, at £450 per day inside IR35, for an initial 3 months with a likely extension.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage plans, risks, issues and governance, and guide multidisciplinary teams. Strong stakeholder engagement and clear reporting to governance boards are essential.

• Proven experience delivering digital projects end-to-end in agile environments.
• Recent Central Government experience within the last 5 years is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional delivery.

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with recent Central Government experience (within the last 5 years) to deliver digital projects from Discovery through to Live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver digital projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, time and budget targets are met.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Provide project reporting to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
• Manage change control and communicate effectively across all audiences.
• Agile Delivery Manager or Digital Project Manager experience.
• Central Government experience within the last 5 years (essential).
• Strong Agile knowledge and digital delivery experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, manage and deliver projects using appropriate project management methodologies.

Candidates with a mix of Agile Delivery and Project Management experience will be considered, provided they have recent Central Government experience.
