Our client provides financial planning and investment management firms with client portal technology that improves efficiency, ensures compliance, and enhances client engagement.

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap. The role involves working closely with Product Owners and Development teams to ensure smooth execution, promote agile best practices, and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on priorities and backlog management.
• Manage project timelines, releases, and cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices.
• Track performance metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met at every stage.
• Act as Scrum Master, coaching teams in Agile principles and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivery roles, preferably in fintech or financial services, but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
