Job summary

Hiscox Underwriting Group Services Ltd (HUGS) is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to head the delivery for a cross-functional squad within the Engagement & Efficiency Platform. This role is the delivery lead, not a Scrum Master, coordinating Product Owners, engineers, analysts and architects to deliver work predictably.

The successful candidate will combine agile delivery expertise with planning, stakeholder management and organisational skills to ensure delivery is controlled, risks

Qualifications

Significant experience in Agile Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager or similar role.
Proven track record delivering technology initiatives in complex environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and Lean.

Responsibilities

Own delivery performance for the squad with status, plans, risks and dependencies.
Maintain clear short, medium and long-term delivery plans and communicate priorities.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies and help remove blockers to maintain sustainable delivery pace.
Build strong relationships with Product Owners and stakeholders; provide clear, concise updates.
Identify delivery constraints and coordinate with platform leadership to maximise delivery effectiveness.
