Agile Delivery Lead - Leading Energy Company

We’re supporting a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector who are embarking on a major website transformation project for their residential customer base.

They are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery lead that has extensive experience leading large-scale digital/ web projects in an Agile environment.

Location: UK-based (remote/flexible working with occasional site presence if required)

Contract Length: 6 months (rolling)

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

The Role:

• Lead delivery across a website transformation programme

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Design, QA) to drive outcomes

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure smooth delivery

• Help instil a culture of continuous improvement

You’ll Bring:

• Proven track record as a Scrum Master and/or Delivery Lead in large-scale digital/web projects

• Strong Agile delivery expertise with the ability to influence and coach teams

• Experience within customer-facing platforms (websites, apps, or digital products)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
