Are you an inspiring and experienced Agile Coach ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a servant leader who’s passionate about fostering an agile mindset and empowering teams to deliver lasting value.
In this pivotal role, you’ll coach teams and leaders at all levels, embedding agile principles, values, and behaviours, to support Skipton’s mission - helping more people into homes and improving financial wellbeing.
You will…
Help build high-performing, capable teams through collaboration with Scrum Masters, RTEs/Senior Change Managers, and Product Owners/Managers.
Champion psychological safety, continuous learning, and empowered execution.
Coach teams and stakeholders to focus on outcomes and customer value.
Evolve and embed agile ways of working.
Support the continued creation of learning pathways and communities of practices.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience of agile coaching at all levels of an organisation - preferably over multiple years and across various sectors
Deep expertise in agile frameworks, including SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, Lean and DevOps
Strong facilitation, mentoring, and servant leadership skills
Passion for driving value through continuous improvement
A pragmatic approach to accelerating and enabling value delivery - balancing theory with practical expertise.

You will work as part of the IT department, reporting into the Head of IT, which is part of the broader Technology, Transformation and Resilience function of around 400 technology professionals
