The Agile Coach plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of Greene King’s digital ambitions through our partners. The main objectives are to build strong relationships with digital platform partners, collaborate with the Digital Delivery and Digital Product teams to monitor and enhance Agile practices, adapt Agile methodologies to fit Greene King's delivery environment, and create outstanding results.

Job Description

In your role as Agile Coach, you will...

Coach and mentor digital partners and development teams to enhance their Agile maturity.

Educate staff on Agile practices across Greene King, engaging with all parts of the business.

Develop and implement standards for Agile delivery, aligning partners to these practices.

Support the Digital Centre of Excellence and Digital Product teams to improve Agile processes such as backlog management, ceremonies, and dependency handling.

Standardize and optimize the use of Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile workflows.

Collaborate with the Senior Digital Delivery Manager to identify and implement effective ways of working, driving continuous improvement.

What you will bring....

Extensive experience in Scrum delivery and broad knowledge of IT digital technologies.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies in enterprise environments and hybrid approaches.

Proficiency in ADO and standardization practices.

A passion for best practices and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

Strong coaching and mentoring skills across internal and external teams.
