Job description

At Virgin Media O2, we’re looking for a forward-thinking Agile Chapter Lead to guide the early phases of Agile Transformation!

The Agile Lead will inspire change and foster innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As the SME of all things Agile, the Lead will work hands-on in their profession while leading a team by building the right capabilities, equipping them with skills, tools, and standard approaches to deliver functional excellence, and deploying team members as needed.

This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The must-haves
  • Hold certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Extensive understanding of agile and lean principles, with hands-on experience in agile, scrum, or lean methodologies.
  • Experience supporting a large, complex organization in the early stages of Agile Transformation.
  • People leadership and talent development skills, focusing on enabling mastery through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and teaching.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to drive transformation across various squads.
