The Agile Change and Portfolio Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of projects within their assigned portfolio as part of the Risk & Compliance Transformation Portfolio Execution team. Key responsibilities include planning, mobilising, and delivering projects of varying complexity, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and benefits realisation. They will deploy the HSBC Change Framework; ensure alignment with the wider portfolio The successful candidate will work closely with their Delivery Director to manage the portfolio and assist the Central PMO in implementing necessary processes within their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project or programme management and a solid understanding of Risk & Compliance Transformation operations.
