Job summary

Higher Ed Partners is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join during a period of growth and transformation.

You will bridge Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Agile delivery, UAT and Continuous Improvement, shaping how change is delivered across our systems and teams.

In this role you will work with stakeholders at all levels, lead workshops, document requirements and facilitate UAT to ensure business readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and supporting UAT.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and product-led delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges and objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and maps.
• Plan and coordinate UAT and business readiness.
• Collaborate with delivery teams across planning, sprints and releases.
• Champion Agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
