Overview

Job Description: Start date: September 2026. Airbus seeks graduates to join our Global Graduate Programme, designed to accelerate growth through a two-year, personalised experience that develops leadership potential from day one. You will contribute directly in a specific, impactful position within the Supply Chain & Logistics team and participate in a dedicated development week each year with the global graduate community.

Beyond daily responsibilities and training, you will gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, its opportunities, challenges and needs, and you will be prepared to take on future leadership challenges within Airbus. This programme offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an industry reshaping how we live in our world.

What you will be doing
  • Develop a unique understanding of the end-to-end supply chain through exposure to its full lifecycle.
  • Work cross-functionally from production planning to supply management to logistics and transport, including the Beluga.
  • Engage in a wide portfolio of topics related to process improvement, digital transformation, and synchronization of information flow.
  • Contribute to the decarbonisation of the supply chain by driving sustainable projects in collaboration with suppliers, with projects impacting the UK and global supply chain perimeter.
