Overview

AGGP2026 - Graduate Wing Airframe Engineer

Start date September 2026. Airbus seeks university graduates to join the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, designed to accelerate growth through a two-year, personalized experience that develops leadership potential from day one and places you in a specific, impactful position within a Wing Engineering Team in Filton, Bristol, UK.

The programme combines development on a pathway to Wing Structures or Systems Installation engineering, a rotation to support growth, and a structured schedule of training. You will become an established and valuable team member from day 1 while gaining a deep understanding of Airbus, its opportunities, challenges, and needs.

Alongside your daily responsibilities and training, you will join the global graduate community for a dedicated development week each year to learn from leaders and peers and to advance your professional journey.
