The Airbus Global Graduate Programme accelerates your growth through a personalized, two-year development journey that is designed to cultivate your professional skills, enhance your business acumen, and hone your technical abilities, with a strong emphasis on developing leadership potential from day one.

Beyond daily responsibilities and a comprehensive training schedule, you will join your global graduate community annually for a dedicated development week to connect with peers, learn from seasoned leaders, and gain insights from the industry. Throughout the programme, you will be developed into an established and valuable team member from day one.

You will gain experience in an area strategically important to Airbus, gaining a deep understanding of our business, its opportunities, challenges, and needs. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your capability and readiness to take on future leadership challenges within Airbus and to contribute your best work in an industry shaping how we live in our world.

If you are ready to embark on this transformative journey and unlock your full potential, apply below.

  • Support projects to identify and implement energy/water saving action plans, including surveys and data analysis.
  • Gain experience with digitalization tools for data management, including metering, Building Management Systems, and Energy/Water Management software. Develop knowledge in defining and applying energy management strategies, understanding global/local energy markets, and learning about relevant energy codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into the position. A potential rotation within the UK Energy & Sustainability team will provide hands-on experience in CO2/Energy/Water projects, data analysis, and reporting. Throughout the two-year development programme you will progress toward the position of Energy/Water Manager.
