Job summary

Dex is seeking a product owner and full-stack builder to define how humans collaborate with autonomous agents. You will work directly with users, identify conversion drop-offs, and ship user-facing experiences across Slack, Teams, and future apps.

You will build end-to-end features in TypeScript, React, and Python, with a strong emphasis on usability, telemetry, and rapid iteration alongside founders and growth teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping user-facing software end to end in production.
• Impact on activation, retention, or conversion metrics.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Python backends.
• Ability to ship independently without a designer.
• Willingness to travel to Warsaw at least twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Define the core delegation and steering interface.
• Drive onboarding, activation, and virality.
• Architect and ship user-facing capabilities across Slack, Microsoft Teams, and upcoming web, desktop, and mobile surfaces.
• Instrument telemetry, conduct user research, and run rapid experiments directly with the founders, design, and growth teams.
• Use state-of-the‑art agentic engineering workflows internally to build, test, and ship the product faster.
