Lorien in London is seeking an experienced No-Code/Low-Code & Agentic AI Solution Designer to help define and deliver the future-state technology landscape for a major transformation programme. The role sits at the intersection of business process transformation, intelligent automation, and AI, focusing on designing scalable, no‑code solutions that leverage Agentic AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience delivering no-code/low-code solutions across platforms.
Knowledge of workflow automation and process orchestration.
Experience designing integrations between enterprise apps.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agentic AI and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end technology solutions to support transformed business processes.
Evaluate and recommend suitable no-code/low-code and AI orchestration platforms.
Define solution architecture, integration patterns, workflows, and automation frameworks.
Design Agentic AI-enabled processes and intelligent workflow capabilities.
Collaborate with business analysts, process designers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and compliance standards.
Produce high-quality design artefacts, architecture documentation, and implementation plans.
Support platform selection, proof-of-concepts, and technical decision-making.
Provide guidance on best practice for AI-enabled automation and low-code delivery.
