Job summary

Robson Bale Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to join a major technology programme. The role is hands-on, focusing on designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions within software development environments.

You will demonstrate real-world Agentic AI solutions you personally designed, including how you automated SDLC stages, integrated GitHub Copilot and/or Databricks Genie, and ensured reusable, scalable outcomes with proper human approvals.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering and quality assurance disciplines.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience automating SDLC, including code review, testing and defect resolution.
• Excellent Git, CI/CD and pull request practices.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical, measurable solutions.

Location: London – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Rate: Up to £650 per day – All-In

Contract: 12 months

I'm looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to join a major technology programme in London.

This is a highly hands-on position for someone who has designed and implemented Agentic AI solutions, particularly within software development and engineering environments.

What we're looking for

• Strong background in Software Engineering, SDET, Quality Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering
• Hands-on Agentic AI experience using GitHub Copilot and/or Databricks Genie
• Experience building multi-step AI workflows across development, code review, testing and defect resolution
• Strong knowledge of automated testing and shift-left quality
• Excellent coding, Git, pull request and CI/CD experience
• Ability to turn business problems into practical technical solutions with appropriate controls and measurable outcomes

What you'll need to demonstrate

• Candidates should be able to demonstrate a real-world Agentic AI solution that they personally designed and implemented, including:
• Which parts of the SDLC they automated or enhanced
• How GitHub Copilot and/or Databricks Genie were used
• How AI-generated outputs were validated
• Where human approval was required within the process
• How the solution was made reusable and scalable
