You will translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps and push prototypes to production, reporting to the department founder and collaborating with a world-class team.

Qualifications

• Must have a high-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation/remote arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains.
• Translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and rapid implementations.
• Architect scalable solutions to position the new department for growth or spin-off.
