EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will lead core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as DeepTech, translating vision into execution and driving from prototype to production.

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate/remote arrangements, you will work with an elite team and have ownership of architecture and milestones, with competitive compensation and equity upside.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• Strong ownership and end-to-end execution from prototype to production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as DeepTech.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the department for growth or spin-off.
