Agent Relationship Manager – Luxury Textiles

  • Location: Leeds City Centre
  • Salary: £28,000 base salary plus £2,000 OTE
  • Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
  • Hours: Mon-Fri / 37.5-hour week

The Role

As Agent Relationship Manager, you will be the main contact for international agents and customers. Your responsibilities include providing quotes, processing orders, following up on proposals, and building long-term relationships to support global sales.

This fast-paced role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Agent Management & Support
  • Support agent performance to meet sales and growth goals.
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and agents.
Performance Monitoring & Development
  • Set and review sales targets; provide coaching as needed.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate development.
Territory & Customer Growth
  • Develop strategies with agents to expand customer base and market share.
  • Focus on priority accounts and high-potential clients.
Customer Relationship Building
  • Join agents on key customer visits to strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate internally to resolve customer issues.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
  • Support agents in moving inquiries to orders.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems and data accuracy.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
  • Prepare reports on performance and market trends.
  • Share insights to inform strategy and product development.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience working professionally with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Proactive, customer-focused approach.
