Onpoint Care is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join our flexible agency roster, serving Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne and surrounding areas. You will support children and young people across mainstream and SEN settings, working with teachers and education professionals to provide practical, educational and pastoral support.

This role offers part-time or full-time hours during school terms, with competitive hourly pay and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Recent UK experience working with children or young people within a school or education setting.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, professional boundaries and responsibilities.
• Willing to complete induction and required training.
• Enhanced DBS and satisfactory employment references and Right to Work in the UK.
• Experience in mainstream, independent or SEN settings is welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Support classroom learning, working with individual pupils or small groups.
• Assist with day-to-day classroom environment and help pupils engage with education.
• Follow safeguarding procedures, behaviour policies and school routines.
• Be adaptable and professional across different pupils and school environments while maintaining boundaries.
