Agency Sales Account Manager - Creative AdTech Platform:

Salary - £45-50K + commission (one of the best comms structures I've seen)

The Role:

I'm hiring for an Agency Sales Account Manager at a global start-up AdTech platform, who are taking creative online advertising to the next level. They are a creative tech layer with a penchant for getting consumers talking about brands (in more ways than one!) with their interactive creative ads and conversational elements which ensure people pay more attention to ads rather than scrolling past!

They allow advertisers to provoke conversation, engagement, and interaction within display ads, in an age where there's a need to be more creative in how advertisers connect with consumers by capturing people's imagination rather than invading their privacy.

Key Points:

1. They're looking for an AdTech / Media Sales professional with a network across digital marketing agencies.
2. The preference is for a Publicis or Omnicom network but they are open to people with good networks and a strong sales track record with an interest in their business.
3. They're working with the majority of the major agencies and have deals with well-known AdTech platforms and media owners who work with their tech.
4. One of the best commission structures around and no individual target due to a profit share scheme, likely to take home £20K in comms in Q4 alone, and more than possible to double your salary over the course of a year!
