Job summary

Nurses UK Group is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses for temporary assignments across various care settings in the UK. You will work with local healthcare teams, delivering patient-centred care with emphasis on safety, dignity and wellbeing.

Essential registration with NMC and relevant clinical experience are required. The role offers flexible shifts, weekly payments and opportunities to develop specialist skills and training.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration appropriate to the role.
• Relevant clinical experience for the assignments undertaken.
• Strong communication, organisational and clinical judgement skills.
• A compassionate approach and commitment to safe, respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and plan, deliver and evaluate person-centred nursing care.
• Administer medication and treatments within your competence and in line with local policies.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, maintain accurate records and promptly elevate concerns.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide clear handovers to support continuity of care.
• Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and confidentiality procedures.
• Adapt to each placement’s routines, systems and clinical requirements.
• Work within your professional scope and seek support when needed.
