Job Description:
The Agency Partnerships Manager is a pivotal role responsible for cultivating and strengthening strategic relationships with major agency holding companies (Big 6). In this position, you will act as a trusted business advisor, guiding agencies to maximize TikTok’s advertising solutions, driving client success, and contributing to revenue growth. By aligning agency needs with TikTok’s capabilities, you will deliver impactful results and establish TikTok as a leading partner for branding, performance, and commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Build and sustain long-term, strategic relationships with agency stakeholders, ensuring alignment with TikTok’s business objectives. Develop and execute partnership strategies tailored to agency needs, driving mutual growth and success. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategies that support trading deals and foster impactful outcomes.
- Revenue Growth and Business Development: Drive scalable acquisition of new businesses by increasing brand adoption and diversifying product use. Retain and expand revenue streams by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the agency portfolio. Provide expert consultation to agencies on campaign planning, performance optimization, and investment strategies.
- Education and Advocacy: Position TikTok as a thought leader by delivering tailored learning sessions, insights, and training to agencies. Craft and present compelling, data-driven proposals and business cases to agency partners in response to briefs and as proactive outreach. Implement scalable education and support models to enhance agency collaboration and engagement.
- Campaign Leadership and Insights: Guide media strategy, planning, and campaign implementation to deliver measurable results aligned with key performance indicators. Conduct regular business reviews, providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance and agency satisfaction. Deliver marketplace insights and feedback to refine TikTok’s advertising strategies and offerings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across product, marketing, legal, engineering, and sales to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns. Leverage local, regional, and global resources to maximize the value provided to agency partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising, media, or related industries, with a proven track record in managing agency relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of digital media platforms and advertising solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
