Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced Agency Partner to grow and lead the partnership with a portfolio of media agencies.As an Agency Partner, you will deliver a best-in-class partnership through thought leadership and education, driving the growth of Meta’s advertising solutions to ensure Meta is viewed as a strategic partner.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network solutions selling and a proven capability to reach and influence executive level clients to drive new business. Additionally, the candidate will have experience working within a matrix organization, as well as experience in leading, coaching and influencing people to grow revenue and product adoption. Candidates should have consultative sales and/or marketing skills, a solid understanding of the agency landscape, a collaborative and innovative spirit, and must enjoy working within a fast moving, entrepreneurial, and sometimes challenging environment.

Required Skills:

Agency Partner Responsibilities:

  1. Be the voice and face of Meta to the agencies and the voice of the agencies in Meta through leading, developing, and driving the agency relationship

  2. Demonstrated experience in partnership with agency stakeholders across traditional and digital media teams through proactively identifying and creating the most effective opportunities to drive relationship forward

  3. Manage agency relationship in a matrixed environment and empower agencies through education to ensure an understanding of Meta value proposition and product

  4. Create, test, and scale global and local initiatives to drive education & inspiration to establish the Meta suite of products as a leading brand building and business-driving platform with agency stakeholders

  5. Track and analyze revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify opportunities for revenue growth

  6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and build opportunities for agency growth to drive sustainable growth and success in a fast changing media landscape

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of Marketing, Brand Advertising, Agency, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience leading businesses or accounts

  2. Experience in working for matrix organizations and winning the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders

  3. Proven success with relationship management in a matrixed environment

  4. Good understanding of the Meta platform and the ability to translate technical ideas into simple terms

  1. Leadership skills/acting with autonomy - identify gaps/opportunities and own the process of improvement from ideation to execution

  2. Thought leadership- someone who has a POV on the market and will lean into c-level relationships and scaled events to drive agency investment with Meta

  3. Growth mindset- someone who is eager to learn, and will help improve the whole team through feeding back what's working and what isn't

  4. Clear Communication- someone who is a clear and engaging communicator and can distill Meta's narrative into an agency playbook to drive solution adoption, etc

  5. Last but not least, someone who is excited for the role and sees it as an incredible opportunity to grow their agencies and their career
