The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns, and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, MCNs, and organizations focusing on live-streaming and content creators.
- Manage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem.
- Support the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools, and terms for agencies while working with cross-functional teams globally.
- Guide the existing agency portfolio across operational topics such as education, training, and shared operational services.
- Provide strategic guidance to agencies regarding variety and quality of content verticals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with influencers, celebrities, or live-streaming platforms.
- Proven experience managing agencies and dealing with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in strong data analysis skills and comfortable in a high-growth environment.
- Fluency in one of the following Slavic languages (Serbian, Slovenian, or Croatian) and English, to effectively manage agencies in Slavic markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business.
- Minimum 4 years of experience related to, comparable to, or relevant to the live-streaming or entertainment industry (including influencer marketing, content creation, advertising agency).
