Job summary

Willing Recruitment in Hemel Hempstead is seeking qualified Nursery Practitioners for flexible, temporary work across local nurseries. Roles range from occasional cover to longer block bookings, designed to fit around your schedule and childcare commitments. The ideal candidate holds an Early Years or Childcare qualification, has nursery experience, and can travel between locations. A driving licence is helpful but not essential. Competitive pay up to £18 per hour plus available shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous nursery/early years experience.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery teams.
• Adapt quickly to different nursery environments and follow daily routines.
• Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning spaces for children aged 0–5 years.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies.

What We’re Looking For
