Agency Nurse Needed ASAP

Sirona Medical is working alongside a major NHS Trust based in Essex to fulfill their staffing requirements.

We are seeking experienced Agency Nurses (RGNs) to work within our client's hospital wards. We offer ad-hoc days, short-term contracts, long-term contracts, and ongoing opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Provide individualized patient care of the highest standard.
  2. Encourage good working relationships within the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care and treatment of patients.
  3. Promote best practices, quality assurance, and participate in clinical audits where appropriate.
  4. Mentor student nurses and junior staff within the ward.
  5. Ensure the legibility and accuracy of nursing records and participate in department meetings to enhance team communication.
The ideal candidate will be:
  1. NMC registered.
  2. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Be flexible.
  4. Have a passion for healthcare.
  5. Have previous experience working within a busy NHS hospital.
