We specialise in the Higher Education sector and support a range of B2B companies to engage their clients more effectively.

As well as writing sparkling copy, we also train people to write more creatively, persuasively, and productively through our Sharper Copywriting workshops and taster sessions.

We’re a small, friendly team of self-starters. We work throughout the week in our vibrant Bournemouth office.

Our current situation:

Due to continued growth and a change in ownership, we are now looking for a strategic, ambitious self-starter with a successful career in sales and marketing. The agency is in a fantastic position, this is an incredible opportunity for you to run your own business.

What the job will involve:

In this critical role, you will:

·Work in partnership with the Creative Director to develop and lead the strategic direction of the agency

·Seek out and pursue new business opportunities, occasional travel required

·Support the team when needed, so work is delivered on time and to budget

·Day-to-day financial management, including payroll and invoicing

·Produce and present quarterly financial reports and strategic plans to our Board of Trustees.

Who will excel in this role:

·A people-person with agency experience (account director, senior account manager, marketing manager, recruitment consultant).

·You’ll be confident, outgoing and able to communicate clearly – both face-to-face and on the phone. Proficient at writing engaging emails to clients. Active user of LinkedIn.

·An experienced team leader. You’ll be managing a small, yet exceptional team.

·Attention to detail and good with numbers. Essential for financial planning and budget management.

·Passionate about communications and marketing
