Job summary

Propelahed, a growing performance marketing agency, seeks an Agency Operations Manager to lead daily operations, manage resources, and drive efficiency across delivery teams. You will work closely with the CEO to shape operational frameworks and scale the business in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role involves defining processes, hiring and onboarding, and ensuring timely client delivery while developing the team for future growth. Bristol-based with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Marketing knowledge from agency or in-house team.
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns and timelines.
• Proven management experience overseeing others' work.
• Familiar with project boards and time-tracking tools.
• Exceptional organisational skills for detailed work.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced agency.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing and industry developments.
• Based in Bristol or within commuting distance for office three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capacity and resourcing, forecast needs and address crunch points.
• Define KPIs and productivity measures, turning data into decisions.
• Identify skill gaps and where training or hiring will have impact.
• Support and develop team through regular one-to-ones and reviews.
• Own and refine project boards and systems, streamline processes.
