We are currently seeking talented and passionate Chef de Partie’s to join our kitchen operations and deliver outstanding culinary experiences for all our clients. At ARC, we supply the country's top sporting, leisure, and heritage sites with premium quality seasonal and temporary staffing solutions.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Chef de Partie’s to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a supportive environment, with access to top-notch facilities and a focus on professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for your section, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other team members to deliver creative and seasonal menus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Stock Rotation (FIFO)

To succeed as a Chef de Partie in our team, you will:

• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Be passionate about food and keen to share your knowledge with others.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Be familiar with current food hygiene and safety standards.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Up to date Level 2 food safety and Food allergen
