Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is looking for an Agency Chef for a busy coastal venue on the Isle of Wight. This seasonal summer role offers weekly pay and a contract through September, with potential to extend.

The position is based in Ryde and involves working in a fast-paced kitchen during peak season. You’ll prepare and cook high-quality dishes, support other kitchen sections, maintain strict food hygiene, and collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service throughout

Key Responsibilities

What we’re looking for

• Has previous experience working as a Chef
• Is confident working in a busy kitchen environment
• Can commit to working until at least September, with the possibility of extending the contract
• Works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure
• Is reliable, hardworking and keen to make a positive impact
