  • Accurately follow care plans and risk assessments.
  • Assist in administering medication (if trained and required).

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role (preferred).
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
  • Understanding of safeguarding, dignity, and person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
