Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Business Director to join our Central Commercial Team and play a pivotal role in supporting and expanding our agency relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive significant growth by:

  1. Leading agency trading deal relationships: You will be the primary point of contact for our agency partners, managing trading deals that benefit both parties. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize the value of these relationships.
  2. Managing centralised agency functions: You will oversee the day-to-day central agency functions, ensuring we are front of mind, relevant, and delivering innovative industry best practices.
  3. Developing and implementing market-leading engagement agency plans: You will create and execute innovative agency engagement plans that differentiate us from competitors and position us as the partner of choice for media and advertising agencies.
  4. Generating Non-Endemic Revenues: You will identify and pursue opportunities to generate revenue from non-traditional sources, expanding our reach and diversifying income streams.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will leverage your industry expertise and established network to uncover new business opportunities and create tailored solutions. Your focus will be on securing high-value partnerships and expanding non-endemic revenue streams across sectors outside traditional advertising categories, utilizing the extensive Future network of 200+ leading brands across Digital, Branded Content, Programmatic, Print, Events, and Social media.

The role offers a salary range of £39,000 - £65,000, with a hybrid working model from our London Paddington Office (three days in-office, two remote).
