Call-In Homecare is hiring a Community Care Assistant to support clients in Perth. The role includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, and care planning, with full paid training and guaranteed hours. Full training and a friendly team will help you grow in this community-focused role.

We welcome both experienced and new carers, offering paid induction and a structured, supportive environment. A full UK driving licence and vehicle are preferred to travel to clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Kind, caring and compassionate people

• The ability to commit to one of our contracted shift patterns
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is preferred

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
