We are on a journey to become one of the biggest clubs in the Southeast and achieve Talent Centre and Talent Academy status. We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, and inspiring coaches to help us achieve our goals and make a real impact on young people's lives.

Available Roles:

We have a range of opportunities available, from part-time age group coaches to full-time roles, depending on your experience and availability. Opportunities include:

  • Leading and developing a specific age group.
  • Running outreach programs and coaching in our school network.
  • Coaching at our successful Stickwise hockey camps.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for coaching and inspiring young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to player development and creating a positive, fun environment.
  • Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., England Hockey coaching awards) are desirable but not essential for all roles.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary and flexible hours.
  • The autonomy to bring your unique coaching style to the team.
Mentorship and professional development opportunities from double Olympian Calum Giles.
  • The chance to be part of a dynamic, supportive, and successful coaching team.
