Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations, helping them develop independence and positive behaviors.

No prior experience is required—paid training is provided. Start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours and opportunities to grow within the ABA field, including completing the 40 Hour RBT course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
