Get Active Sports is looking for an Activity Leader to join our wraparound care program in Slough. The role focuses on delivering engaging after-school activities for children in a safe and supportive environment.

Flexibility with hours and term-time work with holiday overtime are available, offering a chance to develop childcare skills and contribute to a positive, active environment for children.

Qualifications

• Experience in wraparound care settings is preferred, but not essential as on-the-job training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality activities for children in our childcare setting.
• Build and maintain outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Follow all company and Ofsted standards and expectations in schools.
• Create safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
• Encourage children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
• Empower children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills while making a difference in child development.
