About The Role

One Aftersales are recruiting for an Aftersales Retailer Development Coach on a full time permanent basis. This is a field based role and the area is large and dispersed covering the Wales, South West and Northern Ireland.

Reporting into the Demand Generation Specialists Manager, you will be responsible for improving the performance of a group of retailers across five of our brands. Working with stakeholders at site and investor level you will identify and diagnose issues, develop agree and implement actions and monitor progress until performance improves to an agreed level.

Your areas of focus in order to make this happen will include but not be limited to aftersales marketing, lead management, loyalty product sales and upsell techniques.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

  • Passion for improving retailer performance & a strong commercial acumen
  • Self-starter with good organisational skills
  • Ability and confidence to engage, present to and influence a diverse range of stakeholders in a variety of business settings
  • Strong coaching skills
  • A good understanding of the marketing and sales techniques necessary to deliver retailer excellence within aftersales
