As an Aftersales Product Executive, you’ll work at the heart of this ambition, helping us create digital, data-led, and customer-first experiences that transform lives and businesses across the country.

The Aftersales Product Professional plays a key role in the delivery and optimisation of EE’s aftersales portfolio, working across internal teams and external partners to ensure our products are competitive, compliant and customer focused. You’ll coordinate activity across multiple touchpoints including customer journey testing and service delivery, while supporting new product launches and campaign execution. Through data-led insights and collaborative delivery, you’ll help shape the future of our aftersales experience and contribute to EE’s market leadership.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drive the performance and delivery of Aftersales propositions across Trade-In, Insurance, Repairs and other key services, supporting the overall After Sales Strategy and ensuring it drives value add for customers and EE
  • Manage weekly product performance and customer journey testing to ensure products are competitive, compliant and customer focused
  • Collate and analyse management information (MI) to generate actionable insights that inform proposition development and campaign optimisation
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of promotional campaigns, tracking ROI and driving continuous improvement
  • Ensure high-quality aftersales service delivery, collaborating with both in-house and external teams
  • Build strong relationships with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders across mobile, home, finance, compliance and operations to ensure plans are aligned and resourced effectively
  • Support the execution of Go to Market plans for new product launches and enhancements, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners
What we’re looking for
  • Demonstrated experience working within the Insurance, Financial Services, Trade-In or Circular Economy sectors (e.g. repairs, diagnostics, refurbishment, tech support)
  • Proven track record of actively supporting or delivering new products and services
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands on experience managing trading plans and performance metrics
  • Strong stakeholder and third-party management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a complex, fast-paced matrixed environment
  • Proficient in working with data and insight to inform decisions and optimise proposition performance
  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for improving customer experience and driving business value
