This role offers a £40,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £50,000+, and no weekend working.

Overview

The Role: We are working exclusively with a long-established, franchised motor trade business based in the Newbury area, now seeking an experienced and driven Aftersales Manager to lead their aftersales operation. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a high-potential department, overseeing service, parts, and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving performance across all key areas. Key Responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager
  • Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service and parts departments
  • Driving departmental performance against manufacturer and internal KPIs
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a multi-functional aftersales team
  • Overseeing customer experience, service retention, and complaint resolution
  • Managing departmental P&L, budgets, and profitability
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, warranty, and manufacturer standards
  • Working closely with the senior management team to deliver business growth
About You
  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within the motor trade
  • Confident leading teams across service and parts functions
  • Strong commercial mindset and experience managing P&L
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills
  • Organised, analytical, and results-focused
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume franchised dealership environment
  • Full UK driving licence essential
Package & Benefits
  • £40,000 basic salary
