Lithia UK is recruiting an Aftersales Manager to lead services across our Hatfields and JLR Chester operations. You will oversee both front-of-house and workshop activities, ensuring a premier customer experience and seamless teamwork.

We seek a proven leader with a track record of improving processes in premium brands, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to motivate a growing aftersales team. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and progression opportunities.

Basic salary up to £50,500 with OTE up to £71,300 with company car, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, family health care, critical illness and life assurance schemes, exclusive discounts on new and used vehicles and aftersales services.

Aftersales Managers within Hatfields play a critical role to ensure our customers receive an exceptional level of service from both front of house/workshop and everything in between. You will support in driving a collaborative culture amongst our colleagues.
