Our client is a busy main dealership looking to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to run their service department.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations
• Review CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction
• Challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff
• Manage, coach, and motivate your team to build long-term staff satisfaction and potential progression
• Control costs for the department
• Monitor performance against agreed targets / budgets
• Control the recruitment process, as required
• Perform performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and implement targeted marketing activity
• Review Service KPIs regularly to track performance and identify trends

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a successful track record
• Strong leadership skills and ability to be an ambassador for the Brand and Dealer group
• Demonstrable stable career path
