Responsibilities:
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, demonstrating knowledge, courtesy, outgoing personality, determination, and eagerness to learn
  • Lead and develop a team of skilled Technicians, Service Advisors, and Parts personnel
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage productive activities through strict performance indicators and profit margins
  • Monitor expenses and produce daily/weekly activity and financial reports
  • Provide guidance and training to improve team performance, ensuring staff perform their roles effectively and confidently, fostering teamwork
