Our Client is a franchise-approved car dealership, and they\u2019re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Norwich area.

• Starting salary is up to £50,000 dependent on experience with up to £60,000 OTE

Requirements

• An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
• A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
• Strong technical knowledge
• An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate their team to success

Responsibilities

• Leading the entire Aftersales Team - overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
• Recruitment and training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
• Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
• Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department

The salary for this position is £50,000 basic with a potential OTE of £60,000.
