Job summary

One Aftersales is recruiting for a TPS Insight Manager on a Full Time Permanent basis. You will report into the Parts Operations Finance Manager and drive performance by identifying commercial opportunities and launching programmes to address these opportunities.

You will also lead TPS data and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting and planning. Key skills include a strong commercial mindset, analytical focus, and experience using data insights to improve business performance.

Qualifications

• High degree of commercial awareness and acumen.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience using data insight to drive business performance.
• Programme/project management experience.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing conflicting demands and priorities.
• Ability to find creative solutions to complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance by identifying commercial opportunities and launching programmes and processes.
• Translate planning round volumes into Trade Parts Specialist Centre opportunities at channel level (parts, accessories, oil).
• Lead TPS data and reporting activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
