Job description

About The Role

One Aftersales is recruiting for an Aftersales Demand Generation Manager on a full-time Fixed Term Contract basis until April 2026.

Reporting to the Aftersales Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering service and parts marketing programs to increase aftersales retention and maximize profitability across Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, CUPRA, and ŠKODA workshops. Your focus will be on maintaining existing customers, marketing to regain lost customers, and maximizing margin and volume contribution.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience in product management and campaign development
  • Agency management, including CRM, media, and PPC
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify growth and margin opportunities
  • Excellent project management skills to successfully deliver strategies and campaigns
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional influencing skills across a wide audience, including senior management
  • Ability to prioritize workload and balance short-term actions with strategic projects
  • High level of commercial awareness
