As our Restaurant Manager for Afternoon Tea in Aqua Shard, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. Our afternoon tea service is a unique experience and the hours differ from your usual dinner service (no late finishes).

This is a full time role, 48 hours/week. Salary is £50-55K/year (including service charge) as advertised.

We serve lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.
