Location: Caistor
Shifts: Monday to Friday 2pm – 10pm
Rate of Pay: £12.30

Production Operative Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic Production Operatives for our busy morning. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment effectively in the production line.
  • Assist with packaging and labelling of frozen food products.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with product standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move products as needed.
  • Candidates must have their own transport (car or motorbike) due to location.
