A nursery school in Atherstone are recruiting a afternoon level 3 nursery nurse.
Term time & all year round

Duties:
• Be responsible, patient and approachable, with a caring personality.
• Good verbal, written and communication skills with staff, children and parents.
• Ability to relate well to children and adults.
• Ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.
• Ability to uphold positive working relationships.
• Flexibility and adaptability in the face of challenging circumstances with a respect for
confidentiality.
• Ability to observe, assess and report on children's behaviour and learning.
• High level of initiative and creativity.
• Empathy and understanding of children under five.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible.

Essential Experience/ Knowledge
• Working knowledge of the EYFS and Development Matters.
• Knowledge of and commitment to: child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN/Inclusion.
• Experience and knowledge of Nursery School administration.
• Experience of working with or caring for children ideally in a variety of early years' settings.
• Commitment to equal opportunities, understanding of religious and cultural
diversity, British Values and equality (regardless of gender, sexual orientation, sexual
identity).

Employee childcare packages are offered for your own children.

Salary: £11.44ph/gross

Essential:
DBS on the update service
Level 3 equivalent or above in approved childcare qualification
Paediatric First Aid training.
Willingness to undertake training courses
Right to work in UK
