Working hours: Mon-Fri 1pm-4pm

Salary:£11.75ph

We have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, welcoming, and bubbly individual to join our team as a Receptionist servicing our VW site at Carlisle. You will be our first point of contact for Lookers employees as well as external visitors, and will be crucial in providing a first-class Lookers experience.

Our Receptionists are passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shine through during each interaction, whether over the phone, via email, or in person.

  • Being the first point of contact for our Lookers employees and external visitors when visiting the site.
  • Responding to queries in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Contributing to a happy, positive working and team environment.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills and can demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. It is important to show warmth and empathy, along with an approachable and professional manner. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are also essential.

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
